Well, one more farewell message, which was used in "Dr. Strangelove"... 

"We'll meet again, don't know where, don't know when 
But I know we'll meet one sunny day..." 


And that's how my Bronze experience ended. 

It was a place where Buffy and Angel fans can gather, gossip, argue, weep, laugh, and cheer. 
Like a favorite corner bar where everyone knew what you were called (or something like that), the Bronze 
was the official place to talk about the Slayer, her Slayerettes, the Hellspawn she battled, the people she loved, 
and what that Joss had next up his sleeve. 
I remember my first post, mainly asking who the heck this Buffy was (I was in Eureka, CA, where the WB 
was not known). Thanks to patient fans and a guy from Canada who had tapes, I was slowly brought 
in as a Bronzer. 
I can still remember the time I said Joss had nothing to do with "IWRY"...and he actually wrote 
back and got mad. 
I was just fooled by the episode's sad yet sentimental ending. 
I also remember when I told people I had to stop watching the show because I had to 
help cover an election. 
Boy, did I miss a lot! 
I also remember abandoning my belief in B/A...for one day. 
I remember my arguments with Angle Man over that, and my heart-to-hearts with Margot. 
Through all these years, I think I have developed a reputation as a militant B/A supporter, 
but a fair commentator of all things Buffy and Angel. 
But now, it's over. 
We have a new place now, where we compare theories, reveal spoilers, argue whether 
Buffy still loves Angel, or just talk. 
UPN had its own Bronze, but it wasn't the same 
We'll never forget our first Bronze, our first gathering place. 
It will be like comparing the Astrodome with Minute Maid Field, Maple Leaf Gardens 
with the Air Canada Center, Tiger Stadium with Comerica Park...... 
We'll still have the memories.
